PURPOSE

operator==(const CifString &, const CifString &) Cheks if two input CifString are the same.

RECEIVES

operator==(const CifString &, const CifString &)

a	reference to a CifString
b	reference to a CifString

RETURN VALUE

Returns 1 if CifStrings are the same, otherwise 0.
