                          CifHandle *ddl);

PURPOSE

ndb_cif_compress_file compresses all datablocks in the CifHandle data structure, specified by cf.

RECEIVES

cf	pointer to the CifHandle data structure
ddl	pointer to the CifHandle data structure where is the ddl/dictionary saved

RETURN VALUE

None

REMARKS

Function does provide new value to the cf.
