PURPOSE

ndb_cif_count_column counts the number of columns in the current category, in the current datablock, in the CifHandle data structure specified by cf.

RECEIVES

cf	pointer to the CifHandle data structure

RETURN VALUE

Returns the number of columns or 0 for failure.
