PURPOSE

ndb_cif_remove_datablock deletes the data in the CifHandle data structure, specified by cf, for the current datablock and frees the memory.

RECEIVES

cf	pointer to the CifHandle data structure

RETURN VALUE

Returns the number of the current datablock.

REMARKS

Function does provide new value to the cf.
